Peakline wanted a small office building that could lease by floor, with a café holding the corner.
Approach
How A & R ran the job
Exposed structure, a regular grid and a café shell delivered with the core. The floor plate stays open for tenant work. Street glazing and a simple canopy mark the entry.
Result
Where it landed
Delivered in 14 months. Two floors leased before certificate of occupancy.
