A & R Constructions is owned and led by Executive Director Arnold Silva. The company is based at Columbus, Ohio, focusing on residential, commercial, industrial and civic work across the United States.
A & R is led by Executive Director and owner Arnold Silva from our office at Easton in Columbus, Ohio. The practice works from that hub and builds across the United States.

To be a trusted U.S. builder for clients who value craft over shortcuts.
